Census Workers Needed – Apply @ Perry County
Feb 25 all-day

Need a job?  The US Census Bureau is looking for at least 150+ jobs in Perry County.

This can also be used as a door for future jobs with the Government.  Working as a Census worker gives you an advantage when applying for future Government jobs.

The pay is good with flexible hours, training, and expense reimbursement!

Here are a few benefits that your community may experience from getting counted in the Census:  Decision making at all levels of government (This can mean more money, programs, and benefits for our County and City), Helps attract future business to the area, Designing facilities for people with disabilities, the elderly, and/or children, and development of rural areas.  As mentioned, this is a small list of benefits that our communities can experience by getting accurate counts.  You can be a part of this by being a Census WORKER!!!

Psalm 23 Workshop – PRAY @ Litt Carr, KY
Feb 25 @ 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm

On Tuesday February 25th, we will continue in this series of Psalm 23 Workshops, focusing on the aspects of Pastoral Ministry of Lead, Feed, Protect and Comfort.

The February 2020 session will address the pastoral ministry of Lead – specifically as it relates to leading the flock of God in our care to be a praying church — both individually and corporately. This workshop will help us to be better equipped to lead corporate prayer meetings, to lead prayer in worship, and to encourage private prayer.

This series of workshops is designed to equip pastors, church planters, deacons, and men who are called to active servant leadership in their church.

Our speaker/facilitator for this workshop is Steve Rice. Steve is the Team Leader of the Church Consulting & Revitalization Team at the Kentucky Baptist Convention. Before coming to the Kentucky Baptist Convention, he served as Senior Pastor of four Kentucky Baptist churches. Steve is a graduate of Morehead State University, Luther Rice Seminary, and Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary. Steve has a passion for the local church and has led the churches he pastored to experience significant levels of revitalization.

Doors will open at 5:30pm and we will begin the workshop at 6pm. A light supper will be served at the break, and we will conclude by 8:30pm.

There is no charge for this workshop (this workshop is funded by the Three Forks Baptist Association and the Kentucky Baptist Convention), but you are asked to REGISTER by calling the TFBA Office 606-439-4339, Jamie’s cell, or by email at GoTFBA@aol.com. Seating is limited to 25.
