MBH Festival Keep Your Distance Run/Walk 5K @ Hyden City Park
Sep 26 @ 8:30 pm – 11:30 pm

Come join us for the annual Mary Breckinridge 5K Run/Walk on September 26, 2020 at 8:30 am. Preregistration is until September 19th for only $12! You can register the day of the race as well for $15. Registration and packet pick up will be at the Hyden City Park (Riverfront) beginning at 7:00 am the day of the race. If you want a paper registration we will mail, email, fax, or drop off you off a paper registration form. Online registration is available. See in the event for the link.
Masks will be provided for you for before or after the race (not during) if you do not have one.
All proceeds benefit the Leslie County Relay for Life. Let’s Finish the Fight!

Statewide Living with Diabetes Online Workshop @ Online Event

This free, nationally accredited diabetes workshop is open to anyone in Kentucky and will be available through Zoom for a 4-week series starting 10 a.m.-noon. Sept. 30. Remaining classes will be held through Zoom 10 a.m.-noon Oct. 8, 14 and 21. Led by certified diabetes care and education specialists, you will learn about healthy eating, medication options, preventing/delaying long-term complications and much more!
