Couponing 101 Surviving an Economic Crunch @ Leslie County Extension Office
Dec 2 @ 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm

December 2nd – 4:30 p.m.
Families across the United States are facing economic challenges. Many families have had to resort to federal assistance programs and community food banks for the first time in their lives.
Most families are looking for ways to reduce costs without sacrificing the needs of their families. Nutritional needs vary according to the number of family members, ages, and health conditions. Basic food resource management tips such as planning meals, using a grocery list, and comparing prices have been shown to improve the nutrition of low income families and reduce the risk of running out of food before the end of the month. In addition, manufacturer coupons can add savings to the household budget. Knowing the best time to purchase particular items can save both time and money. Class taught by Lorene Coots. Space is limited please call to reserve your spot (606) 672-2154.
